Base:

row 1  (dark yarn) loosed chain 60  tightened length=23"-24" , join in the first chain @ back mountain loop & chain 1, sc

深色線, 鬆鈎60 鎖針, 拉緊長度約23-24吋, 視個人頭圍與喜好而定; 回頭連結第一個鎖針的山背針後, 在其上鈎一個 sc 連續 60 sc.

鈎山背比較難鈎, 尤其第一圈用黑線, 幸好家庭主婦是利用工作之外的空白時間鈎織, 耐心慢慢針針鈎也是一種靜心. 

row 2  60 sc @ each back mountain loop 2, put the stitch marker at the 1st stitch

row 3  (影片3:22處) twist your work and make a sc at the boutom of the very first stitch, mark it, then make total 60 sc

row 4  remove the pink stitich mark, change yarn, not join, directly make a dc into the next very 1st stitch (the purple marker), put on the maker, total 120 dc

換線, 直接 dc 銜接, 記得要在第一個dc上放記號, 共鈎120 dc.  換線要領: 最後一針不要鈎完整, 如sc 就在最後拉出的時候換拉新線

Side & Brim:

row 5  120 front post dc (fsdc), remember put the stitch marker @ the 1st stitch 

row 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (in dark yarn) 120 fpdc, remember put the stitch marker @ the 1st stitch

Crown:

Count 60 stitches back from the last stitch of the 12 row then change the yarn on that last stitch into bright color, then slip stitch to join yarn, chain 1

row 1  start fpdc from the left very first stitch, put the marker at the 1st stitch, (10 fpdc, decrease) *  5= 55 dc, slip stitch in to the next marker stitch, chan 1

row 2  (9 fpdc, dec) * 5 = 50 fpdc, slip stitch, chain 1

row 3  (8 fpdc, dec) * 5 = 45 fpdc, splip stitch, chain 1

row 4  ( 3 fpdc, dec)

row 5  ( 2 fpdc, dec)  = 27 fpdc, splip stitch, chain 1

row 6 (1 fpdc, dec)     = 18 fpdc, splip stitch, chain 1

row 7  fpdc 2 stitch together all the way around, splip stitch, chain 1

row 8  sc 2 fpdc together to close up the top hole 收口
